Is it true that we aren't allowed to say anything to children who are running amok and putting themselves or others in danger?

My ap & stl say if the kids are disruptive & guests complaining. Out you go!
Mine won't! I don't care if this gives me away but I got hit in the face with a football once and no one gave a fuck. Closest I came to walking out on my job.

I have no problem telling kids or adults not to horse around, it's management that is afraid.

I have called kids out a few times riding bikes and sitting in carts racing thru the store. I walked with them and made sure the bike went back. Told me he was trying it out for his brother. I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. Usually you don't have to say anything, just follow them.
I follow them & say nothing after 1 warning. Keep on walking , I am following you to the door.

I don't know why you wouldn't be. However, I'd be like " excuse me, you can't run in the store" " Do you think you can put that back for me" if your straight up rude, parents or other guests may complain.
