I want to do a LOA as i am pregnant and live with my grandparents for right now- do i have to go into the store to request a LOA or can i call my HR person?

You have to fill out a form, so unfortunately you’ll have to go into the store. Good news is that pregnant women have been mostly spared by COVID-19. Just be very conscious of what you touch, practice social distancing, wash your hands, and sanitize.

Yeah I already do all of that but sadly I have asthma and get bronchitis and upper respiratory infections multiple times a year so I am specifically at high risk for it, as are my grandparents whom I'm currently living with. So its not really something I can risk getting or carrying.

You don't need to go into fill out the form. Just give them a call and let them know.

im very tempted to go on LOA being 30 and having asthma, but dunno if they will approve it
