How do you tie/untie something to/from a location? And does the same method work on an end cap?

How do you tie/untie something to/from a location? And does the same method work on an end cap?

You click on the pog and will ask if you want to tie or untie . It’s for everything . When you tie you just have to look at your map to see where it goes
