Is it possible to unlock my ehr account from home? I called the client support and tried the "unlock your account option" it plus resetting my password but its still not working.

Talk to someone in TSC, an HRTM will help you get unlocked

Not sure if it’s the same at the store or not but at the dc you can either dial 103000 and it takes you to the hotline to reset and unlock the password,

You CAN use the unlock my account from home, and you have to wait about 15 minutes to 30 for it to unlock.

You CANNOT reset your password from home. Once you've done that you have to wait until you are on a store computer to make a new password.
