Not sure your info is 100%, anytime that you change paygrade an interview has to happen, at my store they already know if they want you or not so you bs for a couple minutes and then they'll fill it out and pretend that they actually did it, but, the paperwork still has to be filled out.

I had to interview when I applied for GSA, but didn't interview for any of my other positions (photo/GS, flow, then instocks).

See how many bottles of polish remover & bags of cotton you requisiton in a yr's time.

Pieces of felt work a LOT better than cotton balls for removing nail polish. Not that we actually sell felt. :/

at our store its called a cosmetic brand, we also have softlines brand and you have to have three different interviews and then in a week they will tell you if you got it or not . the questions are pretty simple though
