Mobile line ambassador ( Black Friday)

Does anyone have tips on how to deal with Black Friday rush as a mobile line ambassador? I’m very nervous I don’t know I was chosen for this

ASANTS but at the stores in my area the MLA just politely keep everyone in line by the Electronics boat while casually letting people know only Apple products are being rung up there, everything else is front of store. Basically you were chosen because you either have an idea of where stuff generally is. Know the TMs that work back there, or you have the ability to stand in place and talk. Strongest guest advocates are on lanes and strongest TMs will be condensing shippers to end caps before killing them and pulling from the back. Thanksgiving is also the one night of year I’ve noticed TMs really stand up and take control of their area, they’ll direct guests/answer phones/let TMs know what to do next while updating Leadership as they walk the area.
