To make a long story short I’m promoting from GSA to GSTL’ I promoted to GSA from a brand TM about 3ish months ago, right after I was put on the bench (yea right before q4!). I’m going out for training next week at another store. In my transition from sales floor tm to gsa to me being on the bench I’ve had tremendous support from both my peers and the leadership team in my store so I’m not really worried much about how the store is going to react to my transition.

I guess what I want to know is what advice do you have for a new TL and is there anything you would tell me to ask/pay particular attention to in my training?

I guess it depends on what your training for? I never had GSA training so I had to learn how to do everything in my GSTL training so my questions where why do you do that? Or what should I do in those situations?
