I’ve been a cashier for about 2 years, and now they’re training me at guest service. However, I have only been trained on how to do simple returns, drive ups, pick ups, and some other easy stuff. I have no idea what to do with defected items, salvage items, or anything of that sort. I just still get confused with so much stuff. Can anyone help explain stuff like that to me??
 
So basically with defecting, if the item was opened or broken when defecting it, the monitor will ask if its defective or not! Hit defective and it will print out a slip! When done with the transaction, scan it with your my device, hit defect and it will tell you where to put the item!! Salvage is just the salvage bin, trash is the garbage and esim bag is the zip tie!! People will show you!! There is also cvc which is for electronics!
