When you open do you run straight to disarm the alarm or punch in first, and can you disarm before your scheduled shift ( like if you're scheduled 4am can I punch in at 3:55am). Thank you for your help

You have only 60 seconds to disarm, so you get the alarm first. When you are scheduled LOD, there is an additional amount of time added to your timecard that allows for that. So, disarm, run and punch in, and get back to the doors to let people in.
