Archived Order pick up?

Does anyone know when ur scheduled “order pick up” what u do? And does anyone have any infromation about the parking spots reserved for order pick ups? Like do we go out there and give them it? Or is it just a parking spot they reserve so they can come in and out?

You are at guest service & you take the store pick up to them.

OPU at my store is tasked with both pulling and bringing OPU orders out to guests when they arrive. You get notices on your MyDevice when they're 10 minutes out and when they arrive, along with a description of the car. You bring the stuff out to them, they should have a bar code you scan and then they sign for the stuff. You hand it to them or put it in their car and off they go.

It's really not a big deal. Unless you work in that work center, or possibly GS to cover their breaks, it's not super noticeable. It also essentially gets you an extra TM for help on the lanes and zoning and such when they're not busy with orders.
