I'm Lost! Part number

Anybody know the part number for this bracket and the part number for the pegs/plastic screws that insert into the bracket used to attach CB signs in A & A?

If I remember tomorrow, I can see if I still have the packs they were shipped in. The screws are just neo-pegs which are used in hardlines for backer paper now. Your store should have a supply of those.
