This is just a friendly little poll I want to start as to see from different stores. I want to hear how diffenernt workcenters function as to the difference in weeks. For me, overnight, I see a much more staffed process going into a non-pay weekend and fewer callouts than I do on pay weekends. Is this for the dayside as well? Same for the front end? Starbucks? Leadership, where is the biggest attendance gap? Weigh in everyone.

Front end, weekends. Every.Single. Time.
Even MORE frequent on weekends with nice weather.
If I ever wanted to pick up hrs, all I'd have to do is volunteer to stay after my shift & cashier.

Pay or non pay weeks it doesn't matter. Fewer people call out on their payday though. Awkward to come get a paper check when you have called out already. But with most people having direct deposit it's whatever.
