Archived Problems with my ehr account?

is anyone else having issues with their ehr account? i was locked out of mine for about a month until my etl-hr helped me call the password reset number so that i talked to an actual human being. so it worked after i hung up with them but i was trying to log in on my phone and it told me access was denied again! and then same thing with my home computer. is it just me having horrible luck with this...? starting to get very frustrated.
 
You can't access everything on ehr on your home computer or phone. Mostly MyTime stuff, no outside access.
Now, you have to reset your password at the store. Fastest way is, use the red phone in the breakroom. Answer the prompts & you are all set.

and now my password is working! not sure what the fluke was, maybe i did something stupid like typing it in wrong? not sure but i have never been so happy to see my schedule online than i am now lol. thank you for the links!
