Archived Pull or push meat carts?

The silver two tiered meat carts... are they meant to be pulled or pushed? They are awkward to push, usually they go in the direction they want and the way the handle faces I think they are meant to be pulled. ETLs think differently. Anyone?

We had a couple of new hire ETL's who insisted that pallets should be pushed also. It took a 10 minute conversation with them for them to finally understand.

Pull those. If an ETL gives you crap about it ask them if they've worked with one. They clearly haven't.
