Archived Punch Correction Submitted Day Before Term in System

Hi all!

This past Friday I worked 3:30pm-9:45pm. So 5.75 paid hours with my half. When I got home I checked my hours on Kronos and the timeclock said 4.62 hours for that day. Since I was seasonal, I was termed in the system effective Sunday. So I submitted a punch correction on Saturday.

Will the correction still show up for approval since I’m out of all systems (unable to login)?

Also I was originally scheduled till 7:30pm but I swapped end times with someone that night, so there’s no way of proving I actually worked till 9:45pm unless I have the GSA/person I swapped with vouch for me.

Your HR person should be able to make the adjustment. I assume you're not in a state where you get paid on your termination date (like California?) If so they'll still be able to make the adjustment.

Okay thank you! Yeah I'll get paid on the next pay period. Although since I was terminated, in MN you can demand your wages, but it's not a big deal I can wait.
