Hi! Last week I got a job offer for a TL position at a Target. In my first interview with an ETL and my second interview with the STL, they mentioned that they have a GSTL position that is either open or will be open soon. I told the STL that GSTL was the position I would be interested in and the interview was based around what a GSTL does. The STL also said that there are no positions open at the time so I'm being hired for a position that will be open when I'm finished with training. That's why I'm a bit confused.
Do you guys think I will get the GSTL position or will I most likely just get placed into any open position?
