So I've read a lot around some forums talking about Workbench. I pretty much get the idea of what it is but can someone give me a concrete answer as to what it is? Can just any team member access it without being leadership or whatnot? If yes, how so?

Anyone can access it. Your computer used for getting on ehr should have a link. Same login. It's basically an internal information wiki.

Workbench is Target's internal collection of documentation on processes, roles and training. Need to know what the reticketing process is for Alaska and Hawaii? How to load a sweep? How a 7am unload is supposed to go? Its on there.

Anyone can log onto it but some workcenters are going to have less opportunities to sit down at a computer and look around.
