I’ve worked at a target for 4 years and I just transferred to a new one. I’m learning to be a front end POC next week... WTH is a POC. Please help lol I’m scared to ask someone in my new store.

Maybe Point of Contact? If the TL or ETL isn't working the front the vendors contact you and you direct them to the right person to talk to. A lot of stores are just making up there own terms lately so is kind of up in the air.

It is person of contact. All I do if the ETL isn’t there is make sure cashiers are getting breaks, my lines aren’t backed up and I do drive ups of Guest service can’t.
