Archived Redcard needs further processing?

If you sign somebody up, but it prints out the "sorry, but you're application needs further review/processing"...or whatever it says, the guest doesn't get to save 5% right? Only if they get approved then and there, and it prints out the temporary slip? What do you say when it does that...I think whatever I've been saying has confused guests, and they expect to save 5% whether or not they're actually appoved. That's incorrect, right?

My store we have a barcode to honor the 5% if they don't get approved.

My store gives it to the guest anyway.

You will need to ask your GSTL/ETL GE how they handle it. My store only gives five percent upon approval, YSMV
