Has anyone on here run a remodel at a different store? Can you offer advice and suggestions. I'm going to another store in 3 months to run a remodel. I am just curious as to others experienced and what to expect. Also anything along the lines of what to do/not to do. Thanks.

Is it whole remodel or certain areas? Your signing ninja is your best friend,
From another thread:
We had a remodel SrTL that worked over night with the remodel team. Managing relationships and workload with the fixture contractor and the construction foreman. We also had an ETL-Remodel who worked during the day when no remodel team was there. Not sure what she did. Sometimes there were refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical workers there during the day.
Thanks

Question, are you leading as an ETL or TL? I recently lead the innovation remodel as a Pog team lead (the remodel ETL only went over night for 1 week).. So I may have some input, but if you're leading as the ETL it will vary I suppose...

I know an etl who lead one in ny while waiting for a store as an stl. No idea what it comprised, but it was a big deal for her to do that after getting signed off for an stl position.

I'm a Team Lead.

I ran 2 full remodels during my time with spot.

It isn't a job for the faint of heart. I'm at work right now but I'll post some things up tonight.

What market are you in? (State is fine) I probably know your Field implementation specialist and can PM you some more refined info.

Staffing, planning and more staffing. Start planning everything out. If you're not going to have enough TMs, you need to reach out to your DTL for support staff. Undergoing a remodel without being adequately staffed is pretty much the worst.

I'm in NJ

I do know your FIS.

Top 3 pieces of advice I can give you;
Hold your weak players accountable and make your your power players know you appreciate them.
Plan, plan, plan. Plan everything.
Make sure you sequence in a way that you generally don't have much product off of the floor at any given time.

It depends on the remodel. All I can say is that you really need to be organized with signing, fixtures, and displays when you plan it. Try to keep it together. For example when we had to the baby 360 remodel we had to search for items to do the pog. Just have stuff sorted by the aisle to avoid wasting time, and have early set notes handy if you run into problems.
