I want to start a food prep, I cook everything. I'm keeping it relatively simple to cut on costs, time, and preparation.
So, here goes. This is usually for days I work only.
Breakfast or first 15: Three-Four Hard boiled eggs, roasted almonds
Thirty: Light Chicken Caeser Salad or something leafy greenie, maybe more almonds or a nut
Dinner(probably after work): Something colorful, bright. I really can see myself food prepping some sort of Asian/Korean barbeque. Tri Peppers, Onions, Chicken/Beef, cauliflower rice.
Usually on my days off I'm binge drinking black coffee or no-carb sweetened coffee and don't eat until like 4pm-5pm. I have no issues eating literally the same thing every day since that is what I've done since I started working at 15 years old lmao.
