Archived Shift Differential - How Much Is It At Your Store?

I've heard of stores that pay as low as $0.50 and some as high as $3. How much shift diff do you get?

Also, does anyone know how it's determined? Does it have to do with store volume, or district, or some other factor?

after 12 midnight to 5:30am is timeframe. We get a 1.00 extra. We are a 4am store.
