Archived Short Term Disability Pay

I'm going out for surgery in a couple weeks and they told me the pay was going to be 50% of what I make now. I could have swore a couple years ago when I was out on Short Term Disability I was paid 75% of my pay. Did they change that or was it always 50%?
I have been with the company more than 5 years and am only a team member

Last time I was out of surgery (twice) I was require to use all sick pay first until I ran out all of sick time then I can earn 50% of average hours showed on paycheck. I recommend you to talk with your HR. Different stars have varies labor laws.

50% of your average pay for team members. Team Leaders get 75%.

I got 60% when I was on temp. disability earlier this year. It might vary by state laws, but it certainly can't hurt to ask just in case.

I had my surgery about three years ago and it was 50 percent of what you currently make. I was only suppose to be our two weeks turned into five. I am very thankful Spot offers it not all jobs do .
