Archived Sick Hours

So lately I've been REALLY sick, I thought having Friday off would help me since I stayed home and rested but unfortunately the worst got to me these past two days with a really high fever. Unfortunately, these past two days I was scheduled to come in but called out.

I have quite a lot of sick hours collected but from my understanding you can only use them up until your average hours. My average hours are 24 but these past few weeks I've been scheduled for close to 30 hours. My question is, can I use sick hours to make up for the two call outs I made or because I'm already over my average I wouldn't be able to?

Call your store and ask HR. They can also pay out your sick hours for you so you don't need to go in just to do that.

This is correct, even if your scheduled 30 hours if your average is 24, if you work less Targets philosophy is. Well normaly you wouldnt get that much money anyways.
