Ugh. We just had to reflow our pets this year. Better not have to againI know pets and paper/chem are on the list for next spring.

Wonder what that cooler space does to stores with two endcaps already containing fresh pet food. Since we have fresh pet and the “target cooler”Plan is to add 8 feet of coolers leading in the dog food aisle. Not sure how big the reflow will be to accommodate it.
Chem/paper will be a little bigger to right size some categories (aka we dont need an entire aisle of wipes post covid).

All we had at that point was jellybeans & Peeps 🤮Wow! Easter went to 90%. Haven’t seen that in a while
PC doesn't need 8 facings of the same body wash or 4 facings of the same toothpaste. I suspect more crazy facing numbers, in addition to what's already there, are coming with OTC, given what clues I'm seeing.Food, OTC, PC and Beauty have way too little space

So I'm not sure that it's too little space as it is utilizing the available space poorly.
I get the idea, but I don't get what it's necessary to have 8 facings of one of the emergency contraceptives we carry and 7 of another. It's not like the 3 facings of each that we had before was insufficient. The Feminine Care valley was set yesterday and there are more than a few things that don't make sense to me. Whatever, I'm having a hard time caring anymore. Target runs on a special brand of stupid these days. What they generally mean is OTC is something like 4% of the sales floor and does like 9% of the sales. Especially with the growth of nutrition and vitamins it won't hurt to grow that area.

My store will be in the throes of remodel by then.I know pets and paper/chem are on the list for next spring.
No, we have the eye care one, but that’s it.Anyone see a 3 sided fixture for a lipcare endcap?
Do you have a pole or anything obstructing the shelves in that aisle? We have a couple POGs where because there’s a pole in the aisle they’ve skipped sections. The sections go 1,2,4,5,6 lol. They said you don’t need section 3
Nope, and when you go to tie it, it corrects itself to 1,2,3,4,5 but still leaves off the last section as completely empty lolDo you have a pole or anything obstructing the shelves in that aisle? We have a couple POGs where because there’s a pole in the aisle they’ve skipped sections.
We've had this for some time, but it's my understanding that it's going away and lip care is being incorporated into cough & cold. Don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that end cap turns into a regular one with shelves.Anyone see a 3 sided fixture for a lipcare endcap?
I think it makes Target look like it's trying to be a warehouse store. The new strategy is to decrease the number of DPCIs and but add depth to the remaining assortments.
We end up setting with 2 side caps on the. Fuck itAnyone see a 3 sided fixture for a lipcare endcap?
Interesting. Here’s their solution to the aisle numbers lol

You know that new white sticker is going to fade differently than the plastic white piece of the endcap it gets stuck to and then is going to look out of place. But, hey, we're saving money here!
Also, why is there a grey aisle marker on what looks like an entertainment fixture? Grey is only for F&B, right? 🤔
I do love the instructions with all the parts numbers listed though! If they could just make versions of these that would work everywhere in Style now, that'd be fantastic!!
Not sure why they used entertainment but it does say on the instructions Grey is only F&B.
I think because they want aisle numbers on the entertainment fixtures going forward. I already put white on mine (due to grocery sharing the same block) but it’s gonna look so tacky going forward.
