Small Format Question - Food and Beverage

Hi everyone - it's been a while since I've posted anything but I figured I would toss it to the board.

Are there any Small Format leaders on here specifically that are over Food and Beverage? I took over the department at my store over the summer and never really got any training (long story...) I have kind of had to teach myself a lot, as well as learn on the fly. I am wondering a couple of things (if there is anyone on here that can answer). First being what does your staffing look like day to day, and what do your routines look like. Looking for whatever help I can get -- our team has been making several improvements since I took over but I know with the right routines we can be even better.
 
Food & Bev is my weakness so I can’t really help you with routines but we typically have 3-4 people everyday. 2 Fresh/Frozen and 1 Dry. Then 1 closer over all of Market that just keeps up with the zone, does a cull and maintains the area. Plus our F&B TL
