I’ve only worked at Target for just under one year, but to my knowledge you can’t. You can only put up a shift you have already been scheduled for on Kronos, as well as take one. You will need to physically go to your store, login on one of the computers, and I believe it is under MyTime? I’ve only ever asked off once last October, though.

Time off requests can not be done at home, as others have said. You need to let your tl or etl know, you want a day off. Put your request in my time self service on workbench. At least, 3 weeks in advance is suggested. Otherwise use the swap shift option on Kronos or paper one. If no one takes it, you are responsible to come in when scheduled.

You can only request time off at the latest 2 weeks in advance. If you are trying to do something for the week of August 2nd then you have until Tuesday. If you need something for next week then you will need to get your shift covered. Anything past that you have time to do it at work.
