System cant find me (rehire)

So, i left target cali and just got hired here in Washington. For some reason, my old tm number wont work and i end up filling out correction forms everytime i work. Is there something I can do on my end to fix this? Whenever I try to reset my password and i use my old ID my credentials seems invalid. I didn't transfer by the way, I wanted to see what jobs there is that suits my schedule and I decided to go with Target again since I know how things work.
