Then your dc has a culture issue. As a support om I make sure to walk the floor daily and interact with tm’s. Then the tm doesn’t have a negative view of every time they see om’s on the floor. Tm’s typically think the management “sucks” or is “shitty” due to decisions that are out of their control. It’s our job as leaders to give the why’s to lessen the blow for tm’s. There are changes coming, I hope the leadership at your facility does well to communicate them.i like my dc… management sucks anyone in a dumb shit vest sucks….i’m at the point where i avoid them at all cost… I think all the dc’s have shitty management… i could be wrong🫥
