That gets squishy. A better comparison would be the person who reeks of cigarette smoke. Did they just smoke, or has it been hours and the nasty ass smell is simply trapped in clothes and hair? That uncertainty makes it different than alcohol, since few people would go to work in clothes that had bourbon poured on them.

One of the truck unloaded in my store just got fired for showing up to work drunk. No one had to say anything. He smelled of alcohol big time.

We had a drunk on the back room staff. Nice enough guy but he had a bad alcohol addiction. He was fired. Stay the fuck off the chemicals while at work. I'm a hell of a lot older than all of you and have seen the devastation it causes. Live clean, it feels better and you won't screw yourself over as happens all too frequently.

I have . Because this person was insisting on using the stacker when I said No . This person already ruined my skate by driving the crown into it. No longer with the company . Did get injured with it .
