That makes me sad. It’s a third party site that does the printing. I’ll add kids sizes and see if the larger kids size will work for you!

While from a legal point of view this is true, I don’t think Target’s going to go after someone selling a few shirts online.

I'm a graphic designer and would love to sell these type of shirts. How do you get away with it? Did you talk to corporate and get the ok?

I did about a half a dozen Target designs a few months back, showed my HR and STL and they loved them. They said I could probably get away with it if was just for me but The minute I started selling them is what would land me in trouble. They also said they honestly didn't care but if someone ratted me out to corporate their hands would be tied and I'd be on my own lol

Trademark infringement of a bullseye? Who would sue him? Robin Hood or someone with a bow and arrow? Inventor of darts? I seen that same bullseye on many pin the donkey type games....dont think Target went after them. Maybe he can make replicas of the T shirts Target gives us like the Target Circle or the Lol/minecraft/paw patrol. Shirts that are only given out to favorites yet team members are willing to purchase. Lets make those shirts affordable and available to all team members.
