Okay now I know what my biggest issue with the new season is.

Too many companions.

Too many companions.
I think that is the point of this season is that the companions are going to be taking more of a front role. The very first season or two the companions were the front characters with the Doctor being more the cranky old man giving advise when needed.

I have a feeling that the Doctor is going to be more involved and more attached to this group than most companions before.

Rosa Parks - This was a pretty emotional episode. As the fandom put it "What is scarier...Skaro or 1955 Mongomery, AL." How would you feel to be forced to be part of a pivotal moment in time where so much hate and change was happening. Where you had do something that would put someone in jeopardy because it would lead to change.

But who was this Krasko guy...he must have known River and he murdered thousands. So Ryan zapped him back in time, so is he the Arc for the season?

Is it just me, or did the TARDIS change colors as part of her new-Doctor-makeover?

I remember the Doctor mentioning the outside plate and gushing over the interior. I missed comments on the color. This is problematic for me LOL. I'm working on a cross stitch project in the TARDIS blue, but now it's not the same blue.... Harrumph.....

I'm pretty sure that is an Experiment made by Dr. Jacques von Hämsterviel.

The Pting was just too damned cute. I had to skip the Arachnids episode.

Okay I've decided.

Yaz should be the one to go. Let's keep Graham. Ryan is iffy.

I want Ronan as a companion, honestly.

This episode (Demons of Punjab) was practically perfect.
It was everything a Dr. Who show should be, all in perfect balance.
It also ripped my heart out and stomped on it.

“I don’t think any of us know the real truth of our lives because we’re too busy living them from the inside.”

I was like this is exactly how every episode should be.

"I have already apologized for the death-eye killer turtles. Profusely."

Graham continues to be my favorite character.

We got more of a connection between Graham and Yaz than Ryan gave us at all.

I loved Demons of Punjab. It wasn't heavy on the sci-fi but it showed a very dark side of humanity.

The Einstein throw-in was funny.

The walk away from Prem was gut wrenching.

The speech in the most recent episode was definitely the defining moment for the Doctor thus far.

This was a strong episode especially for me.
The feeling of not wanting to let go of the people we have lost hit really hard.
Everyone was really good and casting an actual blind actor was very cool.
The show has a lot of the Classic Who feel only then it would have taken three or four half hour episodes and been written by Douglas Adams.

I was able to hold it together until the end when Ryan called Graham grandfather.

I enjoyed the finale.
Enjoyed earlier seasons more overall though.
I assume hope everything'll get better as the next season starts.
