I’m currently a TL and wanted to transfer. I have a meet and greet set up for later this week. I was wondering what kind of questions I would be asked. Is how I do during this matter to if I can transfer or not?

What’s the position for? I had a meet and greet and I was for logistics , first they asked why I wanted the transfer and I was up front issues with a certain someone , and then asked me what do I know to do and I blew their mind and the next thing on the waited for me for like 3 months because my stl wouldn’t let me go that fast

Yes it matters. Otherwise, they would just take you. It's not really like an interview, but the STL can still say "no" if he doesn't like what he sees.
