Hi I plan on transferring to a different target in August. I was wondering once you have transferred can you ask them to put you in a different area of work, I really like working as a grocery team member. Any idea if august will be hard to get a job?

It's going to depend on the needs/openings of the store you're transferring to.
You can request but they'll be looking to meet THEIR needs first & foremost.

Thanks to end to end a lot of stords have grocery openings. You should be able to look on target.com/careers and see if they have openings at that store for grocery.

The best way to transfer and get the position you want is through an etl hr. They can vouch for you and provide factual data you are a good employee (attendance reports, review scores etc.)
