Troubleshooting Hip Printer

Hey All! In preparation for sending out my salvage the hip printer would only print out a label every other time. Why is it doing this? Also when I entered the amount of salvaged items it would only print out one salvage label. Is there any way to reprint the labels without the salvage tallies increasing? Anyone have any trouble with the hip printers like this? Thanks in advance!

When salvaging the only label that prints out is for Special Handling. Is that what you are talking about? Trying to remember how to fix it.

If you are referring to the defective salvage stickers, make sure you’re using Zebra brand labels, and that the printer is set to ZPL*. GS registers can reprint stickers as well (but I believe only when you defect from GS register)

In menu, preferences I think. It must be ZPL*, not ZPL.
