Was Target granting 120 days of UNPAID LOA for any reason?

Supposedly one of my TLs took time off because he didn't want to wear a mask in the store which a county/state TEMPORARY regulation.

To me a mask is no different than having to wear a maroon or red top.

Except a shirt doesn't restrict your breathing and a face mask does make you feel hot and over heated more easily. I have considered taking an unpaid LOA because I don't want to wear the masks, but I like the money a little more.

And yes you can take 120 day LOA.
