Yes you might even get 4 days off hours will be cut. All returns must be done at guest services, so at most 3 or 4 people over there.
Hardliners will just have to deal with reshop of returns with no extra help.

Hours start to be cut on December 26 th.

After Thanksgiving until New year's at my store it's 1 day off a week for those that can work

At the DC we’re typically closed Christmas Eve night and Christmas day I work the night shift so yeah I’ll wind up being off but the only day will get paid for is Christmas day unless I cover Christmas Eve with vacation or personal time

Anytime starting the 27th, they usually don’t care if you take one of those days off but you have request them. Most stores have the 24th and 26th as blackout dates for requesting the days off. You may get lucky getting one of them off though.

They only give Christmas off here and Christmas Eve we are open til midnight
I requested off Jan 31st off at 6pm if they have me work that day at all.
