So i'm a new GSA. My service desk accidentally left the register open for about two minutes. No money was stolen and it was a honest mistake. She's a very hard and dedicated team member. Should I notify my LOD or just let it slide?
 
I’d let it slide if it was a one-off. If a pattern develops, then tell GSTL.
 
It’s happened at my store and it’s an honest mistake just make sure it doesn’t happen again
 
Everyone makes a mistake. My question is, ere they leaving the drawer out with cash showing or just logged into a register?
