Will I keep pay

Hello,
I’ve recently started at a dc and was wondering once I hit my 6 months if I could transfer to a store and keep my pay (or at least a percentage) I live an hour away from the dc but like 15 from the store and will be going to college soon as well.

You need to ask those questions to the Dc during your interview. My store had a wmt logistics Mgr & got a rude awakening.

If you want to be a TL you should apply on workday for a TL spot. You won't transfer to stores as a TL. And either way you're going to take a fairly large pay cut.

If you're going back to school partner with your leader and HR. You can get a schedule exemption approved, which allows you to work a modified schedule around your classes. Also if you use guild Target can potentially pay for all your classes.
