Archived Work order

I haven't have gotten a chance to check on workbench but can someone teach me how to create a work order? The black thing beneath a base deck ( the black side that is touching the floor) needs fixing and the TL said that she needs a work order to get the pmt to do it so she is asking if I knew and I am curious on how to.

Go into workbench and click mysuport. There, you will need to create a work order based on the area where you need the work order. It will pretty much walk you through it.

Report Issue
Property Management Issue
Then use the drop down and describe problem.
