I know this year a few things changed with Holiday Pay without much communication. Does anyone know if Leads still get paid for Xmas eventhough the store is closed? This is my second holiday at Target but I swore we did last year.

You guys should still get that, as while TMs lost the $1 extra on certain days, our actual Holiday Pay policy and stuff stayed the same

We get xmas eve pay? Or is it only if you work over night into christmas day? I always forget.. and is it time and a half or the extra $

I think holiday pay is only for TLs and above? I haven’t heard that regular TMs get any pay bump.

Incorrect. Holiday pay is for anyone who averages full time hours. I am not a TL and have received holiday pay almost my entire tenure at Spot (9+ years).

Looking at last year's pay-stub I got 7.25 hours added for Dec 25 as a regular TM (not a full 8).

Yes but all extra pay incentives seem to have gone out the window this year. I guess they had to pay for those $500 gift cards that went to only ONE employee somehow.
