I’m surprised they want to move you. Not many people like to work in the cafe. If a TM was doing a good job there, and they liked it, I know my Leaders would want to keep that TM there. Talk to your ETL or HR about your preferences.

Usually posted schedule unless they’ve talked to you. If they haven’t talked to you, ask leadership. They are the only ones who can tell you for sure.

Be aware, if you aren’t a TL, that hours drop DRAMATICALLY in January, February, and into March. Make sure you have a way to cover your expenses for those months. To be safe, don’t curse. People have been termed fir it.

Do they have your cellphone number on file? A boomer TM I work with didn’t get the one text I got because she doesn’t have her cellphone number in the system, just her landline number.

The question is, why now? I think it said on Workbench that extended hours wouldn’t start until December. With increases in Covid-19 nationwide, are they anticipating localized lockdowns or just increased guest traffic so are trying to spread out the number of guests in the store at anytime?

Apparently not. The Tech I used to work with in Electronics said there wasn’t a limit. Some guy bought 3 or 4 in one swoop.
