The best part about being an ETL HR was that it gave me the skills and experience to get an HR job elsewhere..... LOL, mostly kidding. I loved HR and liked Target. If I didn’t have to be LOD or hadn’t her to relocate to be an HRBP, I’d still be at Target. :)

Like others have said, instocks.... But with a caveat. Instocks shifts are generally 8-12, so after 12 they're headed to the Backroom.

I think I understood it as accepting internal apps, but the ideal candidate has a good amount of experiments merchandising and making their own product decisions. Think places like Anthropologie, maybe a J Crew or something. Most internals probably don't have tons of experience at the level it...

Also depends on relocatability/your local market. A market that's hard to staff or just had a lot of turnover will have lower standards in my experience
