I'm having to send an email every week of lists of names and the date I sent coachings to her. I'm completely aware that hr has a million emails every day to go through but if you're gonna call somebody out for not doing their job, make sure it isn't you just not reading emails first.

WOW. This makes me cringe. Burning batches is immediate in office conversation at my store. And that's direction from our DTL.

If it's a legit training opportunity there's no way I'd write it up. That's just plain unfair to write up someone for not doing something they didn't know they were supposed to do. But if I've gone over something with you multiple times, it becomes an entirely different conversation.

I only run 1 truck every other week. I'm Backroom TL not Flow.

At my store, you just have to be willing to pick up shifts, stay after, and/or cross train and you can hit 40 every week.
