Archived Who gets the most red cards in your store?

You would be surprised how many carry a check, but yeah, if you consistently mention it they'll come back (and hopefully to you!). :)

Archived Who gets the most red cards in your store?

Literally I would only ask about the debit and would get 10-15 per week, primarily as a guest service team member.

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

Some inaccurate information flying around here. A lot of the "bonus" info is on workbench. :)

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

This will never make sense to me. You get put on corrective action if you don't do your job, which as a cashier is asking every guest if they want to save 5% with a Redcard (or however you phrase it). If you don't actually try, then you won't get any Redcards. If you have 200 or 300...

I'm glad that you've gotten good at regurgitating leadership expectations, however, might want to double check how that translates into what the current Target behaviors are.

    Archived Extended interns

If you're lucky enough to get an offer after your internship, I would probably look at how you communicate with people and perhaps make some adjustments.

    Archived Extended interns

So, they just recently changed the ETL bonus structure and not everyone knows what that process is. If you're trying to be petty and comment on something I've mentioned before it's incomparable. I would also say a disproportionate amount of team members need to know about Redcards as compared...

    Archived Extended interns

This thread in particular doesn't matter, but I just don't see the need to have five different intern threads. Partner with your trainer, with your recruiter, or with your STL. Every district is completely different and does things in their own special snowflake way. It would be way way more...

    Archived Extended interns

They might not have required them to take a pay cut? They might go to a university that has multiple class schedule options or has several sections of the same classes? Does it matter to you?

    Archived Extended interns

Because it's not unreasonable or unfeasible for someone to be working as a TL while finishing their senior year?

    Archived ETL-GE/SF Help Please!

Same actually, without the concern about being straight up fired to my knowledge. What do your routines look like?

Archived Would you go into work for a 3 hour shift?

It'd depend if I was around or anything like that. I probably wouldn't commute my commute to do that regularly but if something came up and they needed some support I'd try and fit it into what else I was doing.

    Archived Target RedCard opinions?

I think the question is why do you think you're unsuccessful at getting Redcards.

    Archived Red & Denim

Redwire specified full-length denim, not on clearance, not Wrangler.

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

I mean you can do whatever you want, but know you can ultimately be fired for that.

    I'm Lost! The REDCard Thread

That's not necessarily a bad thing. Sounds like he's putting in the effort 90 percent of cashiers refuse to.
  17. S

Archived Firing over not selling enough red cards?

You shouldn't be. Ultimately it's against a directive from corporate and at the end of the day, if someone gets cut it's not going to be the STL.

Archived Has Working Retail Made You An Independent Shopper?

ABSOLUTELY. Although, I've never been in a situation where I needed something and either didn't know exactly where the item was located, or was unable to find it quickly just by looking.

    Archived Store Requisitioning?

Not enough for it to be considered an issue, probably.

Archived Team Member Applying for ETL, Application Question

It's also pretty likely she wasn't told about any positions besides the one she initially applied for. Whether or not that was intentional or not is probably a different conversation.
