You have two degrees. Look for a recruiter on Linkedin for your area if you don't already know them and send them a message. There's no reason you can't be an ETL.

my district made an ETL hire without an interview past the DTL. these both could be a new company policy to give more autonomy to the store-level or district-level depending on the position. i approve! :)
