401k

I am looking into employment at other establishments and will definitely give a proper two week notice if I get another position. My 401(k) account is only two years old though can I get the contributions I made to it back?

I know we aren't fully vested in the 401k until year 3, but is it year 3 of working there or year 3 of having the 401k?

Anyone have any recommendations on what to allocate for the 401(k)? When I orginally set it up (while in college) I didn't thing much of it. So this is what it is now: 3% from each pay period Lifecycle/Pre-Mix - 19% Company Stock - 81%
