Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to give everyone kind of a recap of a cert I just finished up with Targets new free schooling program.
Signed up for an Operations certificate at one of the schools they offer.
It was 4 classes and each was 2 weeks long. It was all online and easy to do.I would say I averaged about 2/3 hours per week on the work. Each class had a few topics you had to share experiences and reply to your fellow classmates. Some of the math was a little challenging as I have not taken a math class in many many years but I was able to get through it.
Honestly I am not even in operations at my current employer but I wanted to have this in my back pocket especially since Target was paying for it.
There is a wide variety of programs certs and degrees available. I can't emphasize enough taking advantage of this free education program. Every extra thing you can tack onto your resume sets you that much further ahead of your competition in life.
