Our DC is finally weeding out poor performers, which means back to full time hours!!! It’s about time they took a hard look at who comes to work, who stays at work, and who cant be bothered. Probably 1/3 of our building is on some sort of CA, and they are almost all hires from Covid and the new hiring process. We can only hope that if they continue the no interview hiring, they get even tighter with meeting expectations during those first 90 days, so we don’t end up stuck with even more deadbeats.
