how to do transfer and apply for a job on hr.and the process of a transfer

Go on ehr to apply at a new store. If you are trained in different areas, is a plus too. Just talk to your hr about transferring. Since you have been with spot less than 6 months, you should have no issues. Also, if you can not transfer if you are on corrective action(CA). Please use our search function for more info.

It's better if you do your research of the other store (positions available, TM culture) before you put in your transfer request.
Take a day to visit the store incognito & see how the team interacts, leadership, etc.
You don't want to transfer away from one hellhole to another.
